Property maintenance with local, qualified and independent tradesman.
Gardening, communal areas and window cleaning and lift maintenance, all provided by independent contractors.
Ensuring compliances with numerous area of legislation.
Collection of service charges and grounds rent.
Preparation of budgets and accounts for approval by the owners.
Dealing with statuary submissions to companies house where appropriate.
Meetings to suit owners needs during normal office hours.
Fixed fee agreed in advance with owners with no hidden costs or commissions accepted from contractors, insurance companies etc.
Responding to pre-contract enquiries from solicitors during any property sales.
No VAT on our fees making a potential immediate savings of 20%.

Unlike some managing agents, we do not accept any commission in respect of insurance nor any other expenditure incurred on behalf of our clients.
